I am a contractor for some 40 years, as you can imagine I have used a lot of Building Control companies for big and small jobs, but from the start to then inspections and paperwork JHAI are a fantastic company to work with.

I have worked with Ronan Falsey, a true gentleman that is so knowledgeable and consistent in getting the reports out to me in a speedy manor, which helps me on bank drawdowns.

I found at the start of the projects they got the paperwork to me in a speedy fashion. Once all that was done, which was very simple, I got assigned to Ronan and he’s a minefield of knowledge.

A very helpful and true gentleman that knows the industry and through to pc gets the job done.

I would say they are possibly one of the best companies I’ve worked with, I would say to anyone give them a go as you will not be disappointed.

After a little research, I decided to try an approved inspector instead of local authority for self build project – So glad I did!
Jhai surveyor was really helpful and highly professional, felt the fee was reasonable, and the service provided was excellent.
Will be using them again for a new project soon.

This is my first use of JHAI to undertake the bldg regs controls on my home project which involved a new staircase, knock-through of kitchen to dining room and other works. Josh Walters has been very helpful on his various visits to site (and via email) and has assisted us with helpful advice on practical aspects of compliance with the building regs for Bristol.

Croston Home Improvements are a building company based in the northwest, we have been using JHAI for many years as our building regulation inspectorate company. We have found them very helpful and constructive when dealing with with day-to-day issues. On larger builds James Parker our nominated inspector has provided us with good technical advice and data sheets to help us with the builds. The support given by JHAI all helps to improve that build experience for our customers.
