We send an Initial Notice to the Local Authority (LA). After 5 working days the LA has no further involvement. We carry out a full Building Regulations plan check, including aspects of fire safety, structure, drainage, access and energy efficiency.
You let us know when you are about to start work. You tell us when you want site visits as the work progresses. You call us at any time if you have any questions.
We inspect the building at all required stages or when you call us. We provide site inspection records. We advise you of any issues that need resolving to keep your project on track.
We carry out a final inspection and issue your building control final certificate.
We carry out associated services or assessments, such as sound and air testing, SAP, SBEM, EPC, BREEAM, etc., and provide required certification.
