We are very pleased to announce, as of today, Monday 2nd October 2023, Stroma Building Control and JHAI have merged to become the largest private approved inspector in England & Wales. Having both been part of Phenna Group for over a year, our teams have dedicated significant time to planning how we take the business forward in the best interests of our clients.
As one united brand, Stroma Building Control, we will continue to deliver our high levels of customer service via a combined technical workforce of 170 surveyors and a total headcount of around 250 staff. This increased pool of talent and clear focus on further growth and development of more qualified surveyors via our academy will be a benefit to everyone.
Well-known JHAI products will still be offered under Stroma Building Control, including framework agreements and System Approvals.
As the largest private Approved Inspector in England and Wales, the newly merged Stroma BC, will build a stronger future together.
