When Approved Documents are updated or introduced the Government put in place transitional provisions.
This allows projects where applications have been made and work commenced before the end of transitional period to adhere to the old regulations.
The transitional period for Parts F (Ventilation), L (Energy Efficiency),
O (Overheating) and S (Electric Vehicle Charging) ends on the 15th June 2023.
